This Privacy Policy applies to the Palette Guide app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by ENRICH TOV (collectively, the “Application”). ENRICH TOV is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
This page is styled for the public website at enrich.ink. The website is informational only and does not require account creation, login, registration, authentication, or a user dashboard.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. Palette Guide does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Data Retention
Palette Guide does not collect or retain personal information through normal app use. ENRICH therefore does not maintain a server-side personal data archive for Palette Guide users.
If favorite palettes, recently viewed palettes, search terms, preferred visual styles, category selections, use-case selections, copied HEX interactions, similar palette views, suggested use references, pairing note references, local preferences, or app settings are stored by the app, they are intended to remain locally on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
If you voluntarily contact ENRICH by email or through a contact method, that communication may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain business records, or comply with applicable obligations.
Data Deletion
Because Palette Guide does not collect personal information through normal use, there is generally no personal app data for ENRICH to delete from its systems.
You can remove local app records by deleting local app data from your device settings or uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling the app removes the Application from your device according to your operating system’s normal behavior.
If you voluntarily provided information to ENRICH by email or another direct contact method, you may request deletion by contacting support@enrich.ink.
Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal app data is shared with third parties.
What are my opt-out rights?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the Application alone.
If a child or parent voluntarily contacts the Service Provider through another channel, the parent or guardian may request deletion of that information by contacting ENRICH.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
Responsible Use Notice
Palette Guide is a personal color inspiration and HEX reference utility. It is not an AI image generator, AI brand identity generator, professional color science tool, accessibility compliance validator, print production proofing system, CAD or interior measurement tool, design agency, stock asset marketplace, NFT or crypto art platform, social network, or cloud design collaboration service.
Palette Guide does not replace professional designers, brand strategists, accessibility specialists, print experts, legal brand review, or your own creative judgment.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent to material changes before they take effect.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
